    Clover Club

    1.5oz West End Gin
    1 Egg White
    0.5oz Lemon Juice
    0.5oz Raspberry Syrup
    0.5oz Dry Vermouth (optional)

    Combine the gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, dry vermouth (if using) and egg white in a shaker. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.

    Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 15-20 seconds.

    Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with raspberries.

    Classic Aviation

    2oz West End Gin OG
    0.75oz Lemon Juice
    0.5oz Maraschino Liqueur
    0.25oz Creme de Violette

    Combine the gin, lemon juice, maraschino liqueur and creme de violette to a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled.

    Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with edible flower petals or a brandied cherry.

    2oz West End Gin
    1oz Lemon Juice
    0.25oz Simple Syrup
    0.5oz Creme de Mure (Blackberry Liqueur)

    Combine the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled.

    Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.

    Slowly pour the creme de mure over the top of the drink and garnish with blackberries and a mint leaf (optional).

    1oz West End Gin
    0.5oz Lemon Juice
    0.25oz St. Germain
    0.25oz Lavender Simple Syrup
    Chilled Champagne (up to 3oz)

    Combine the gin, lemon juice, st. germain, and lavender simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake well until shaker is cold.

    Strain into a champagne glass and top with a splash of your favorite champagne, prosecco, or sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon peel.

    1.5oz West End Gin
    2oz Orange Juice 
    0.75oz Cream or Half and Half
    0.5oz Brown Sugar Simple Syrup 
    1-2 Dashes of Allspice 
    1-2 Dashes of Cinnamon

    Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake for 15-20 seconds. Shake until cold, pour into a rocks glass with ice and enjoy.

    2oz West End Gin
    4oz Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic

    Combine gin and tonic in a wine glass with ice. Lightly stir. Garnish with citrus, a rosemary spring, and peppercorns.

    0.5oz Apple Cider
    0.5oz Triple Sec

    Combine gin, pumpking syrup, apple cider, triple sec, and lime juice in a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled.

    Strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with an orange wheel and cinnamon stick.

    1oz Lime Juice
    1oz Simple Syrup

    Combine the gin, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled.

    Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the citrus of your choice.

    1oz West End Gin
    1oz Campari
    1oz Sweet Vermouth

    Combine the gin, campari, and sweet vermouth in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir well for 20-30 seconds until the outside of the glass feels good.

    Strain the mixture into a rocks glass over a large ice cube or fresh ice.

    Garnish by squeezing or twisting an orange peel over the drink, then drop the peel into the glass. Add a brandied cherry if you wish.
